Terms & Conditions (T&C) — AHHH Love Oil

1) Who we are

Our oils are food products. Ingredients and Nutrition Facts are disclosed per U.S. FDA labeling rules (21 CFR Part 101). Always read labels, storage instructions, and best-by dates. 

 

4) Pricing, Taxes & Availability

 

Prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. We may limit quantities, refuse, or cancel orders (with a refund) if we suspect error, fraud, or supply issues.

 

5) Orders & Acceptance

 

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept when we charge your payment method and confirm shipment. If we can’t fulfill, we’ll cancel and refund.

 

6) Shipping & Delivery

 

We ship within the timeframe shown at checkout; if no timeframe is stated, we aim to ship within 30 days as required by the FTC’s Mail/Internet Order Rule. If delays occur, we will seek your consent to a new date or provide a prompt refund. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier unless required otherwise by law. 

 

7) International Orders

 

You’re responsible for customs, duties, VAT, and import compliance in destination countries.

 

8) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (Shopify/DTC)

 

For food safety, unopened items may be returnable within [X] days; opened or perishable items aren’t returnable, but contact us within [Y] days for issues (damage, defect, wrong item) so we can refund or replace at our discretion in line with food safety rules. 9) Subscriptions (If/When Applicable)

 

If you enable “Subscribe & Save,” you authorize recurring charges until canceled. Manage in your account; changes apply to future renewals.

 

10) Promotions & Gift Cards

 

Promo codes are one-time, non-transferable, and may not stack. Gift cards are not reloadable, not redeemable for cash (except as required by law), and cannot be replaced if lost.

 

11) Food & Health Disclaimers


No information on our site constitutes medical advice. If you have allergies or health conditions, consult a professional. Label claims will comply with FDA rules; we avoid disease claims. 

 

12) Third-Party Certifications & Claims

 

Where used (e.g., RSPO, Non-GMO, Kosher), marks appear under license/approval and don’t imply endorsement of the website beyond certified products. Certification scope may vary by SKU/batch; see label.

 

13) Intellectual Property

 

All site content, trademarks, and packaging designs are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or use our IP without written permission.

 

14) User Content & Reviews

 

By submitting reviews, photos, or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use that content in marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy. No illegal, defamatory, or infringing material.

 

15) Prohibited Uses

 

No fraud, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with site security. We may terminate access for violations.

 

16) Warranties & Liability (as allowed by law)

 

Products are provided “as is” except as required by consumer law. To the fullest extent permitted, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We don’t exclude liability where it cannot be limited by law.

 

17) Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify us for losses arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

 

18) Governing Law & Disputes

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, without regard to conflicts rules. Venue: Maricopa County, Arizona courts.

Amazon Store Addendum (Applies to Purchases on Amazon)

 

 

  1. Amazon Takes Precedence

    For orders placed on Amazon, Amazon’s policies control parts of the transaction (returns, refunds, claim handling) in addition to these Terms. The A-to-z Guarantee protects buyers for late delivery, not-as-described, or other issues with third-party sellers. 

  2. Returns & Refunds on Amazon

    Amazon sets category-specific rules. Grocery & Gourmet items are typically non-returnable but may be eligible for refund or replacement if damaged/defective/late, handled via Amazon’s system. Follow your Amazon order page for options. 

  3. Communications & Data

    We communicate with Amazon customers only via Buyer-Seller Messaging and do not use customer data for off-Amazon marketing, per Amazon’s Selling Policies & Code of Conduct. 

  4. Fulfillment

    If FBA, Amazon manages warehousing, packing, and carrier handoff; shipping speed and tracking follow Amazon’s standards. If FBM, we ship per timelines shown on Amazon and in compliance with the FTC’s 30-day rule when no time is stated. 

  5. Accuracy & Compliance

    We maintain accurate listings and comply with all food labeling requirements (ingredients by common name, Nutrition Facts, net contents, origin where required). 

  6. A-to-z Claims

    If you open an A-to-z claim, Amazon adjudicates; we’ll respond within Amazon’s deadlines and honor resolutions issued by Amazon.
