1. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays.

Standard processing time is 1 – 3 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 5 business days.

You will receive a shipment-confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods

We offer standard, expedited, and priority shipping options at checkout.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Free shipping thresholds (if applicable) are displayed clearly on product and cart pages.

All packages are shipped via reputable carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) depending on your location and selection.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Temperature Sensitivity

To preserve quality, we do not ship oils during extreme heat waves (> 95 °F) or severe cold (< 20 °F) unless you choose an expedited service.

We currently ship within the continental U.S., Hawaii, and Alaska.

PO Boxes / APO / FPO addresses are served by USPS only.
-
International orders are accepted to select destinations; import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours of carrier pickup.

You can also track your order directly from your account page.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of packaging and contents.

We will file carrier claims and offer a replacement or refund once verified.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors or local carrier first. Notify us within 5 days of the marked-delivered date so we can help file a carrier investigation.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout; however, we will assist if the shipment is returned.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

If an address error causes a return, reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

If the package is undeliverable and returned, we’ll notify you to arrange reshipment or refund (minus original shipping fees).
8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting support@ahhhloveoil.com.

Once fulfilled and handed to the carrier, cancellations cannot be processed.

After shipment, use the Return & Refund Policy for eligible returns.
9. Amazon Orders – Addendum
If you purchased Ahhh Love Oil through Amazon, your shipping terms follow Amazon’s fulfillment standards:

Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) orders: Amazon handles storage, packaging, shipping, and delivery times. Refer to Amazon’s tracking page.

Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) orders: We ship using the same processing times and carriers above.

Delays, replacements, and refunds are processed through the Amazon A-to-z Guarantee and Amazon’s messaging system.

We do not have control over Amazon-calculated shipping costs or transit estimates.
10. International Shipping Details

Available to selected countries where import regulations permit edible oils.

Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or customs issues, we’ll refund the product price (excluding shipping) once the package safely returns to us.
11. Weather and Force Majeure Delays

Severe weather, natural disasters, or events outside our control may cause delays.

We will keep you informed by email and do our best to expedite as conditions allow.
12. Policy Updates
We may update this Shipping Policy periodically to reflect operational changes. The latest version is always available on our website and applies at the time of order.

Amazon Store Addendum (Applies to Purchases on Amazon)

Amazon Takes Precedence
For orders placed on Amazon, Amazon’s policies control parts of the transaction (returns, refunds, claim handling) in addition to these Terms. The A-to-z Guarantee protects buyers for late delivery, not-as-described, or other issues with third-party sellers.

Returns & Refunds on Amazon
Amazon sets category-specific rules. Grocery & Gourmet items are typically non-returnable but may be eligible for refund or replacement if damaged/defective/late, handled via Amazon’s system. Follow your Amazon order page for options.

Communications & Data
We communicate with Amazon customers only via Buyer-Seller Messaging and do not use customer data for off-Amazon marketing, per Amazon’s Selling Policies & Code of Conduct.

Fulfillment
If FBA, Amazon manages warehousing, packing, and carrier handoff; shipping speed and tracking follow Amazon’s standards. If FBM, we ship per timelines shown on Amazon and in compliance with the FTC’s 30-day rule when no time is stated.

Accuracy & Compliance
We maintain accurate listings and comply with all food labeling requirements (ingredients by common name, Nutrition Facts, net contents, origin where required).

A-to-z Claims
If you open an A-to-z claim, Amazon adjudicates; we’ll respond within Amazon’s deadlines and honor resolutions issued by Amazon.
